Right.

I’m going to announce it.

If I put it here, then I’ve said it, and I can’t go back.

I’m sick of trying to find labels that put out the same kind of music as me, with decent distribution and promotion.

I’m sick of stopping myself halfway through writing a tune to think ‘But who will sign this?’

I’m going back 7 years and starting again.

I’m going to launch my own label.

I’ve been here before. But a whole lot has happened in 7 years. And I’ve learnt a rediculous amount about business.

My music’s a huge amount better too.

New label, new name, new aim.

Blue Nine. Or maybe BLUE NINE.

I’m going to start small this time, just my own stuff – but I’m going to start with an album.

Some of the music on this site, I suspect, but a whole lot more. I’m not going to worry about who will sign it, because I will sign it. I’m going to make the album that i want to listen to, and trust that enough people out there have the same taste in music as me.

Fuck it. I’m going to rise from the ashes of all the crazy shit going on in my head right now, and make it work.

I said it. I’ve published it. Now I’m going to make it happen.
